Decision Afterlife

After a recommendation becomes an allocation, and after an allocation becomes an action, traces remain. Those traces may re-enter another reference layer. A source can disappear while a claim remains available to machines. That persistence is Reference Afterlife — not yet measured by recrawl.

推奨が配分になり、配分が行為になったあと、痕跡は残る。その痕跡は、別の参照層へ再び入りうる。

This observatory does not determine whether any particular decision was correct. It records that afterlives exist, and that they can outlast their originating sources.
